i appreciated the hotel's central location, very near shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and provided helpful local information. the complimentary light breakfast of coffee and a croissant was a convenient start to the day. many nearby restaurants offered additional options for more substantial meals.
soundproofing could be improved , i could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

central location comfy bed sustainability tweaks
The location was FANTASTIC! It's close to Victoria Station and right in the heart of the city. My room had the comfiest bed I have ever slept in, AMAZING! I spotted some sustainability tweaks, which I thought was pretty thoughtful.
The room windows didn't open, and it got quite hot. There were also marks on the walls, and some surfaces felt dusty. I hope they address these issues soon.

adequate city stay
clean room amazing tv soulless room poor view
the room was clean and cosy. the microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hob and amazing tv all worked well. i appreciated the separate bathroom.
the view from the room was not great. i could see vents and the side of the building. the room felt a bit soulless.

the hotel is near numerous restaurants and pubs. the room had ideal kitchen facilities. a big television swiveled (i liked this!) for viewing from the bed or sofa.
the corridors seemed a bit plush.
